In our cozy breakfast and dinner room, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet in the morning, featuring regional, partly self-produced products such as eggs from our free-range chickens and homemade jam. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
We also offer delicious dishes for a light meal. In the evening (except Sunday and Monday evenings), we serve traditional Franconian snacks with freshly beer from the local brewery or a fine Franconian wine, along with a digestive drink from our orchard. - Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before arrival
- Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total price
- In case of a no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount
If you have any further questions or special requests, please feel free to contact us anytime.
Our preferred check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please let us know in advance when you plan to arrive so we can accommodate your arrival.
We also offer flexible check-out: the standard time is by 10:00 AM. If you wish to stay longer, just let us know.
Your arrival is well taken care of: Free guest parking is available in sufficient numbers. Bicycles can be securely stored in our garage. Additionally, we offer two charging stations for electric cars and a locked bike garage with two charging stations for e-bikes.
Please inform us before making your booking request if you plan to bring a pet. Pets are only allowed with prior agreement. Feel free to contact us by phone or in writing so we can discuss all the details. Thank you for your understanding!

Each room is equipped with a shower/WC or a bath/WC, a hairdryer, and a TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. For families, we offer spacious rooms that can be booked with or without connecting doors and with 3 or 4 beds, depending on your needs. Our double rooms also feature a cozy seating area and a sofa, which can serve as an additional bed if required.

Tradition since 1909 – From the village tavern to the modern guesthouse & inn
Our guesthouse & inn has a rich history. It was established in 1909, during a large military exercise in the region known as the “Kaisermanöver.” New inns opened in the surrounding villages to serve the thirsty soldiers, including one in the cobbler’s workshop on the road to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, where “Zur neuen Welt” was born.
Ten years later, the master carpenter Friedrich Klaus took over the property, which has remained in the family ever since – now in the third generation. Over the years, the lively village tavern evolved into a modern guesthouse & inn with guest rooms that combine comfort and coziness, ensuring an unforgettable stay.
